April 2016 registered an increase in the number of house sales of 29%, when compared to the same month in the previous year, according to data released by the National Institute of Statistics (INE). According to the latest House Price Index from Tinsa, the price of housing in Spain increased by 1.3% in May, when compared to the same month in the previous year.
